The international collection published by the Municipality of Skofja Loka between 2017 and 2021. It was intended to publish scientific, professional and prevalent content on the subject of passions and their substantial heritage from the domestic and wider European area.
Its creation dates back to 2016 year. It is connected with the entry of the Skofja Loka Passion on the prestigious UNESCO’s Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage, which transcended local and national boundaries and became the heritage of all humanity. Until year 2021, 5 issues were published, the last one (4-5, 2020-21), being a double.
By issuing the latter, the municipality of Skofja Loka, as guardian of passion, took a step forward towards the recognition of the work in the international arena, identified itself with similar organizers and thereby highlighted the duty and honor of connecting other European passion cities.
