The Church of the Annunciation of Mary is located in Crngrob and is one of the most beautiful medieval churches in Slovenia. It was built over a long period of time, from the end of the 13th century to the middle of the 19th century. The interior is adorned by numerous frescos and gold altars, which you will see during the guided tour.

After breakfast, you will travel through the beautiful Poljane Valley, to reach the village of Visoko at Poljane, where you will take a tour of the magnificent Visoko Manor. The manor features a permanent exhibition, memorial and family tomb of the writer Ivan Tavčar.

Lunch will be served at the Petra Tavern, where you will be served carefully prepared dishes, in a pleasant atmosphere, made using local ingredients.

Next comes a visit to the Železniki Museum, where you will discover the story of life and work in the time of iron working and blacksmithing.

In front of Železniki Museum, you will watch a demonstration of traditional manual nail-making, which revives the ironworking heritage of the village and in an authentic way, acquaints visitors with the talent of experienced masters of their craft.

After lunch, you will visit Škofja Loka Musem at Loka Castle, where you will see the museum collections and the rich history of Škofja Loka and the surroundings.
